I've been coming here for years. And the way disabled people are treated is wrong. They don't do maintenance on golf carts to accommodate us. Also handicap parking is used by employees and others Management and police do nothing. I'll never go back and I know of at least 30 others also. It's sad to see this place has run in the ground like it has. I pray Management or corporate can step in. Please fix this problem. Thank you
Great place to shop. People here really do make a difference! Always a pleasure to stop by and get what you need for your car! Tim personally took his time to show me around and a car I was looking for!
Been going here for years! Although it can sometimes be hard to get parts for my Chevy truck, I’ve been pleased with the parts I have purchased here. The price is always nice.
had a great experience on Tuesday, Robert miles explained how to find the area I needed to go to perfect i got the parts i needed for my truck. thanks again.
Prices are now laughably. $90 for cheap Amazon fender flares one was even smashed. Then charged $18 for 3 tiny pieces of interior trim. No point in going here anymore. They have LKQ prices might as well go there where everything isn't stripped. Look up prices before spending all day getting parts. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 : Edit for reply. Yes big difference between OEM and aftermarket. If you actually read my comment you would not have responded that way. Big difference as well between 20yr old 200k mile OEM and new Aftermarket.
When you call you are consistently hung up on by the virtual assistant, when you try to transfer to a customer service representative. This is COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD IN YEARS!!!!!
Lots of open drug use on site and they don't do much about it. Alerts are a joke, the cars have already been there for 2 days by the time they text you. Parking lot is FULL of trash and metal debris. Clean it up guys.
Pull a part use to have" all you can carry" specials once in a while. What happened with that? With cost increases happening with everything now days, how bout bringing that back at least once a year, or every so often.
